The UC Davis Journal of Juvenile Law and Policy (JJLP) presents: "Healing our Kids: Using the Law to Address the Healthcare Needs of Youth in Foster Care, the Juvenile Justice System, and Beyond." This symposium aims to provide insight into the child welfare system's current shortcomings in addressing the psychological and physical well-being of children in state care, as well as foster a dialogue surrounding the ways in which the law can be used as a tool for positive social change in addressing these issues.
