Deporter-in-Chief: Obama v. Trump Bill O. Hing, Professor, Director of the Immigration & Deportation Defense Clinic, and Dean’s Circle Scholar, USF School of Law Join Professor Hing as he discusses the time he spent this last year at the border. Throughout his career, Professor Bill Ong Hing pursued social justice through a combination of community work, litigation, and scholarship. He is the author of numerous academic and practice-oriented publications on immigration policy and race relations. Hing is the founder of the Immigrant Legal Resource Center in San Francisco and continues to volunteer as general counsel for this organization. From the border wall, to worker visas, to healthcare for undocumented immigrants — immigration policy is at the forefront of U.S. political debate.
