JILP Symposium 2018: Panel 2 "International Tax Abuses & Reform"

The UC Davis Journal of International Law & Policy is pleased to present this year’s symposium: “The Invisible Influence: Breaking Down Trump’s New Tax Law & The United States’ New International Role”. Our symposium seeks to provide discourse, analysis, and dissemination of current events and principles within the field of international tax law by congregating the regions leading domestic and international tax law experts. We will explore the latest legal issues and ethics arising from Trump's Tax Cut and Jobs Act (H.R. 1), cryptocurrencies and offshore financial accounts."
