Aoki Center Presents:The Constitution through A Critical Race Lens_Zoom

This spring semester students and Aoki Center faculty worked together to design and execute a Critical Race Theory class at King Hall. Using the perspectives and readings from the class, students will be presenting as part of the Aoki Interdisciplinary seminar series. Students have composed a presentation that aims to present a critical look at the US Constitution and how it may have turned out if written to account for the perspectives and lived experiences of people of color and other marginalized communities. The event is interactive and intended to foster dialogue between students regarding how they have experienced the law in their own lives.
