CILC Presents: Dr. Eoin Carolan -- Think Better? Comparative Law After The iPod Dr. Carolan is a barrister and lecturer in the law at the University College Dublin, Ireland. He was awarded the 2011 Kevin Boyle Prize for Outstanding Legal Scholarship for "The New Separation of Powers: A Theory for the Modern State." He is an expert in Irish constitutional law, administrative law and media law.
